Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice is included and all security tags are intact.

  Handover to Courier

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package at your nearest authorized courier point or wait for a scheduled pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
